Shipping Methods

    • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
  • All orders come with tracking information which will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders (within Canada):
    • Standard shipping: $15
    • Expedited shipping: $21
    • Overnight shipping: $21
  • International Orders:
    • Rates will vary depending on the destination. Customers will be informed of shipping costs at checkout.
    • Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada.
  • Free shipping promotions may be applied at checkout, subject to availability.

Our Refund Policy

At Euphoria Canada, we want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including certificates or tags, if applicable).
  • Custom-made, engraved, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at our Instagram or euphorianepalC@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship your item using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Available for items of equal or greater value. The replacement will be sent once we receive and approve your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Additional Terms

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover processing costs.
